2015 Jeep Wrangler Review

Here’s a vehicle that I’ve always been wanted to get my hands on, but my reaction to the vehicle isn’t what I anticipated. I have been driven around in several older ones that I wasn’t particularly impressed with but I took age and modifications into account when it came to these vehicles. When it comes down to it this may be a purpose built vehicle but not everyone buys a Jeep Wrangler to go off-roading. Because when you modify a Jeep the changes are usually so significant that it’s no longer the best daily driver.

So I went out to test a completely stock Wrangler in 2-door and 4-door form. This definitely gets rid of some of the issues that you get when you put a lift and bigger tires on your Jeep. First off, a stock Wrangler is much more smooth on stock tire and suspension than when you lift it. The Jeep isn’t the most comfortable vehicle but at least it can accelerate on the highway without making some crazy tire sounds like when it’s lifted and has giant tires on it. Now that I knew a Jeep could actually drive on a highway, I had to see how well a stock Jeep can do off road. I set out to the trail with a 2-door to figure out how well this vehicle can handle what it was built to do. It was a perfect day to hit the trails as it had just rained the night before and the Texas sun was out today…
